“Come to me, all of you who are tired from carrying heavy loads, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke and put it on you, and learn from me, because I am gentle and humble in spirit; and you will find rest. For the yoke I will give you is easy, and the load I will put on you is light.” Matthew 11:28-30 GNTD

For the past months I have been experiencing some moments in my life where difficulty arises when other people create issues which in the end you become part of. We carry this burden along with us creating stress, worries, sleepless nights and anger. We do not realise the need to do counselling if our body cannot cope with all the issues. We thought counselling is only for mentally ill and physiological disorder individuals. This is not true, everyone must always have a clean body, clear mind, clear spirit for God’s Holy Spirit to work through us.

We have good spiritual advisers who advises us when the need arises. Physically we are strong and healthy, but the mind and heart is important also to heal. One of my good friend once told me that healing a body is much faster because you can drink a tablet for it. Healing the mind and heart is very difficult because you are dealing with your soul and spirit.

I applied the verse above whenever a need arises to heal. When you are in a problem, everything does not work together, you are weak in body, mind and soul. Your mind starts to create assumptions, your body becomes sick and your soul is loosing sight of God’s spirit. When these moments arises, apply the verse above and leave everything in God’s hand. We cannot control certain situations in our life, nor can we create new good ones until we are clear in our body, mind and soul. The next steps you are going to take will create further problems for you, that is why you need to step back and do what healers usually call “deliverance”.

Below, am going to talk about our hearts, we also must understand our relationship with God. This is to know which steps to take further on what we need to remove from our lives.

We have very beautiful Godly hearts, we must learn to drive away all evil/problems that will affect our hearts. Below is a picture i draw showing a heart of a person who holds on to Jesus and also to evil. We may have anger and no self control, or we may have Joy only 20 percent of the time.

We have both Jesus and Satan in our hearts.

When we have Jesus all over our hearts, we can replace the satanic ways of Greed, Adultery, Idolatry, slandering, murder, gossip, covet, anger, cheat, lying, stealing, pride and jealousy. These are the things which we must try to avoid in our lives. To do this, we need to apply the verse above, give everything to God. Yes, some people may gossip about you, some are jealous of you or some cheat on you but we cannot control these things. We must have humility and self control. We must not take much of this satanic fruits in us, it will cause us to become ill both spiritually and physically.

Jesus is fully within us, we need to remove adultery, gossip, lies, jealousy and anger in our lives.

The above heart is when we start to clear ourselves, we have more of Jesus. We are delivered again and again to clear our life from meaningless worries. We have so much Joy, peace, self control, faithful, love, patience, kindness, goodness and gentleness.

It will takes us many years of changes to have Jesus fully in our hearts. We are sinners, that is why whenever we go through the changes we need to apply the verse above to help us get to him because he is fully light and we are not. Every time we have problems or disagreements we must seek God for assistance, we must follow the fruits of the holy spirit to be delivered from evil forces causing us to sin.

I truly wish you God’s joy and love. Many blessings and always smile.
