Your Net worth is calculating your assets and liabilities to know the status of your financial situation or knowing how much you are financially worth but it will be lovely also to know more our Spiritual worth.
What do you practice spiritually to increase your spiritual value for the future?
If we live life spiritually and not physically we and the angels miss so much in this world.
We have an opportunity so vast to growing ourselves both physically and spiritually, gift that is openly given to us to use, how do we use it? it is our choice.
Some of us may have 10% spiritual and 90% physical connection in our lives or we have 100% physical connection.
A good example of 50% spiritual and 50% physical connection is with King Solomon, he has enormous wealth and a strong spiritual relationship with God. If life can be so simple to having that connection with God we all will be wealthy and holy. Unfortunately most of us do not have that balance.
With so much temptations and disturbances in this world, it is difficult to increase our spiritual holiness. We may go places and wonder how others like monks or dedicated priests seem to find it easy when we are not. To tell you the truth, we are all human beings and who say they did not have a hard time. Who say what they did is right? God has his judgements. I may be a nun but am I growing spiritually to God’s liking?
Spiritual growth or value is nothing you can see yet it is within you to making you have that value where people use to seek advises, to gain knowledge, to expand in relationship with God.
How do we increase our spiritual value?
2 Chronicles 1:7 – In that night God appeared to Solomon, and said to him, “Ask what I shall give you.”
Solomon did not ask for riches or to be wealthy, he asks for Wisdom and Knowledge. In addition God gave him wealth.
Study yourself and increase your spiritual connection with God, everything else will come later as God sees fit for you. He looks at your heart and gives accordingly to what you deserve.
Our spiritual value increases through God when we pray, we work hard and we research/study hard. These are the same ways the apostles/missionaries abide to when spreading the good news. Yes they are poorly provided for but their work always comes with benefit when needed be. God gives to them accordingly as planned.
We have so much yet we complain, in poor and in rich God did not make us for nothing. If God makes me for nothing then I will live complaining to him until he gives me something. We have so much love, peace, grace and thoughts to give and use. We can use it to draw closer to him.
It is there, go get it.
